I placed my order for an Eternity Band on August 16, 2025, and paid in full the same day. The original ship date was September 17, then delayed to October 7. Now, after nearly two months and repeated assurances, I’ve just been informed the new ship date is October 31 — with no guarantee it won’t be delayed again.This was meant to be an anniversary gift, and the lack of reliability, transparency, and communication has been extremely disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails, and responses are slow or inconsistent. There’s also no phone number to speak with a real person, which makes resolving issues very frustrating.For a company positioning itself as a premium jewelry brand, this experience has been far below expectations. I would strongly caution anyone ordering online — be prepared for significant delays and limited customer support.
