Will NEVER shop here again!!!! Horrible customer service & operations. After shopping at Mejuri for a few years, I’ve gathered a few pieces and I’ve realized that it is very very low quality with such high pricing. Every piece has either tarnished or broken. Even my 14k gold mini hoops are hollow and have lost their shape. My last straw was when I placed an order for a necklace extender in September and they never shipped it to me. I got zero email notifications about the changes to shipment time or communication from them. I had to reach out to them myself after the estimated shipping time passed (which was only a few days as per their website) and was told it would ship by end of October. Disappointing but decided to wait it out. End of October comes and still no shipment confirmation or updates. Decided to reach out again through their website, only to be told it would actually be scheduled to ship in December. How ridiculous!! I checked their website again and it said the item was in stock. Why advertise and notify your customers that an item is ready to be shipped out when it is not? Just completely wasted my time and money. If I had known it would take so long, I would have never purchased it in the first place. I ended up getting a refund but this was really it for me. I’ll never shop here again and I will be telling everyone else I know to avoid it. They do not care about their customers at all. If you’re okay with spending hundreds on low quality jewelry + waiting months for your order, then by all means shop here. But if you value your time, money, and worth, shop anywhere else.
