I bought this beautiful, dainty, gold chain bracelet. It’s sparkly it’s pretty and I wore it 24/7 for over a year. The color never changed and I would use the polishing cloth they provided to shine it up again. Unfortunately, one day it snagged onto a button when I was changing, and it snapped off, and I thought all was lost until I went into the store to ask if they can fix it. Turns out there’s a two year warranty and they exchanged it for a new one. I was beyond happy and was impressed with their customer service. I will be a forever fan and customer. ❤️
