My whole experience has been terrible. First I ordered some earings that the website said would be shipped by 24th of September (3 weeks after my order date). I was fine with this wait and went ahead with the purchage. But then the 24th came and went and there were no updates. Then, I contact customer service to ask for information and they tell me it's now due to be shipped by the 30th of Ocotber, with no justification, as if that had been agreed all along. I was starting to feel quite annoyed by the situation at this stage, so I asked what I needed to do IF I wanted to cancel an order because the delivery time had been delayed by more than one month without anyone giving me any notice. The person on the other side proceded to cancel my order immediately and without seeking my confirmation that this was what I wanted to do. I asked them to reverse this because I didn't request the cancellation. They said it was not possible to reverse the cancellation, but I could make an order again on their website, and magically the delivery date for the new order would be earlier than 30th October. I was offered 15% off at this stage so I did decide to give them another chance and tried to order again. At this stage the website said the items were on 'waiting list' and I couldn't make an order. I was asked to send some screenshorts, which I did. No response for days. When they finally responded, I was told to update my software, try a different browser, etc, as if my software version could cause their website to say "waiting list, please enter your email and we will let you know when back in stock"!! At this point I gave up and will never shop with Mejuri again.
