Usually, my experience in Mejuri, Covent Garden, has been faultless. The one exception was on my last visit which was an “Open Evening” for valued customers where I booked a slot and was promised a personal consultation. The shop was packed. There weren’t sufficient sales assistants so it was rather chaotic. The appointment system hadn’t worked and I made only one purchase though I had intended to make more. It was a real disappointment as I don’t live in England and had planned a visit to coincide with this eveninqg. I love the jewellery so I shall return but never again for an evening of this type.
