I would give 0 if I could. I ordered 3 Initial necklaces, all showing in stock at the time of ordering. Heard nothing for weeks, chased to find out where my 'express' delivery had gotten to. Order was not even shipped and would not be received for a further 1 to 2 months! I now have to cancel the order and the refund could take a further 2 weeks! Really poor/ non-existent customer service.
