I had such a positive experience in their Covent Garden store. Afterwards I was thinking this is my new favorite jewelry store but the jewelry itself is bad quality. I bought one diamond stud for just under £200 and it fell out after less than a month of wear and so is gone forever. Another small cartilage hoop was so badly designed it caused irritation in my ear and then the latest small hoop I ordered broke as I was putting in for the first time!I have seen countless reviews online saying similar things where people have bought jewelry only for it to fall out and be gone forever. I would not recommend their jewelry sadly.
