I ordered the rose strength gold pendant as a memorial for my late grandmother. This pendant isn’t sold in my local store so I was forced to order online. Before ordering the pendant, since this makes me nervous ordering jewelry online, I reached out to Mejuri’s customer service asking the weight of this specific pendant, to which they told me “4.33 grams". When I received my pendant, I measured it on two different scales and both came up with “2.5 grams”. Obviously irritated by being lied to about the weight of the gold, I reached back out to customer service and included photo documentation of my text conversation with their customer service AND the pendant on the scale showing “2.5” grams NOT even close to what they told me the weight would be. Customer service responded to my complaint at 12:15am my time and admitted they gave me the wrong information but offered no remedy for their error. They were basically telling me “oops, we provided the wrong information and deal with it" on an expensive piece of jewelry. This piece was not available in my local store - I was forced to order it online. This price is NOT an affordable piece of jewelry at that price per gram like this brand claims to sell. Very disappointed - buyer BEWARE!
