Worst Customer experience I had so far. I ordered earrings which arrived broken. I reported it to the customer service team and they sent a replacement without my consent. The quality of the earrings is incredibly bad, and I didn‘t want another pair of these earrings as I thought they also might break soon. They sent me the wrong label for returns and I have a lot of time investment for just returning a parcel which btw . I didn’t even want!
