I’m extremely disappointed with Mejuri. I bought a gold bracelet as an anniversary present for my husband, and it broke in less than two weeks of normal wear. When I reached out to customer service, they didn’t offer any repair, replacement, or real solution – just left me with a broken bracelet that I can’t even use or gift properly. For the price and the brand’s reputation, I expected much better quality and support. I won’t be ordering from them again.I am also awaiting for their reply to my response back to them accusing me of causing the damage 🤯: « …I am extremely dissatisfied, as I would not expect an item of this nature to fail so quickly under standard usage.I also strongly object to the suggestion that I have caused this damage deliberately, which I refute entirely. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods purchased must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Clearly, an item that breaks within such a short period does not meet these requirements.Under the Act, as the fault has occurred within the first 30 days of purchase, I am entitled to request a full refund, repair, or replacement. I am willing to accept a repair or replacement at this stage, but I am not prepared to accept your decision to leave me with a broken bracelet and take no further action… »Will write an update once I hear back (or not) from them.
