I’ve been shopping at mejuri for years and absolutely loved it! I have necklaces, bracelets, rings from there. Recently my bracelet hook part broke. Something I can’t get fixed outside of Mejuri. The diamond piece is still on the bracelet that wasn’t damaged. I emailed them for a replacement or I can ship it in and pay for it to get fixed since it was within a year. They said they can’t help. As a loyal customer, their service level wasn’t what I expected therefore haven’t shopped there since hence the neutral review
