I recently returned an item to Mejuri, but I did not receive the full refund. When I contacted the store, I was told the difference was due to it being an online order versus an in-store purchase, and something about the taxes being different. That explanation makes no sense to me—regardless of how the item was purchased, a return should result in a full refund.I reached out to customer service twice asking for clarification and to receive the remaining balance I was owed, but I’ve received no response at all. The store staff told me they couldn’t help and that they were unable to process the refund on their end.I've never encountered a policy like this with any other retailer. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Based on this lack of transparency and support, I can honestly say I will not be shopping at Mejuri again.
