I wanted to upgrade the earrings I wear daily so I bought what are supposed to be high quality earrings made with real gemstones. Unfortunately, they are so cloudy and poorly cut that my $5 earrings are the ones I am keeping in my ear. I would advise that you do not buy from this company. They refused to provide a refund or honor their warranty when I inquired about both of those options. They blamed the poor quality on me saying I must have mishandled it. I will not be buying from them again. Editing to add that I reached out Mejuri immediately after they replied to this comment and they have completely ignored my email (it’s been 2 months). I was truly hopeful they were going to try to repair the situation but it appears they still don’t care about their customers.
