I’d like to preface this with the fact I thought I had found your company was my go to jeweler.I recently made another purchase with your company for a necklace. The staff assured me that with the warranty I had nothing to worry about. What they didn’t mention is that the necklace is defective and has terrible reviews online where prior customers shared their necklace broke immediately. Mine also broke immediately. Even this chain’s welds are known to be problematic the company doesn’t allow customers to switch to a different chain. The warranty process is pretty difficult and I’m waiting for it to break again and not be ‘granted’ a replacement - even though the company is well aware this necklace style is defective.
