It started off well. Ordered some hoops and when they arrived, they were bigger than I thought and so I went on the site and ordered the tiny version. I didn’t even try them on and just put them back in the box. No big deal. I arranged a return. All good. Returned the larger size. I then got an email to say, thank you for your return, you now have £151 store credit, no further information, that was it. I emailed and said I don’t want store credit, please refund me and, out of the blue, I get an email saying the earrings were all scratched and so I couldn’t have my money. What a total scam. They got the earrings back from me in days and I ordered the small version on the same day and then posted the larger version. They are clearly trapping me into keeping my money, why would they give me store credit and mention nothing about it. It is completely false. Now having to go through my bank to reclaim my money. I would never use them again.
