Ordered a £800 made to order ring with a promise of getting it in 4 to 6 weeks. After 4 weeks have past they send me an automatic email warning me that the ring will get delayed 4 more weeks on top. They give me a new dispatch date. I don't receive any shipping confirmation in that date so AGAIN, I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM to ask what is happening. They reply giving me ANOTHER 6 ADITIONAL WEEKS to deliver it. After 2 month waiting I am forced to cancel the order. They had my money for two months with no intention to deliver the goods. DODGY COMPANY.
