I have ordered jewellery from Mejuri many times, and have always been quite satisfied. However, after ordering earrings for my daughter for Christmas, and needing 3 months to complete the return for earrings that had tarnished, I will never again order from them. It was a gong show from start to finish, and they did very little to rectify all of the errors - including sending 3 different shipping labels that would not work, and 2 discount codes (as an apology) that would not work. In the end, I was able to reorder different earrings, since the ones that were originally purchased were no longer available. Extremely disappointing!!
