I ordered something and wanted to apply my store credit this was not evident when checking out so I just paid for the item. Later I checked my store credit and realized I still had it. I asked to have that amount applied to my recent order and was told that I had to return the item and reorder it to use the store credit. Also there is a code that must be applied when checking out in order to use the store credit. This is inconvenient and time consuming and a waste of resources.
