Happy with the earrings but was dissapointed in how long they took, the website said they were in stock and ready to ship, when I contacted after a couple of weeks I was told "Because your Gemstone Mini Studs is a backorder product and was set to ship at a later date when your order was placed, it takes a little longer to process. Since each product has a unique shipping time, this information can always be found just above the "Add to Bag" button on the associated product page, this is why this product will be sent on 02/13/2025." I told them (with screenshots!) that if they looked at the website themselves they would see that isn't the case, it says in stock and ready to ship, so this felt deceptive and misleading as i was hoping to have them for a specific date. Then the reply was simply directing me how to track my order. Pretty frustrating not feeling like they were actually reading my emails and I was just getting copy/paste standard answers
