Mejuris customer service is incredible! I bought my daughter a special ring for her 30th birthday that became tarnished within a year. She has multiple gold rings she’s had for decades — she even has a mejuri ring that’s lasted 5 — so it didn’t seem to be tied to her treatment of the ring.
