I 1000% love your pieces and store. I have so many earrings and gold 14k chains. But the chains I own are constantly turning my light colored tops a gray shade where the chains lay. I took them to my local store and they spend a good 20 min + cleaning them. They looked beautiful and appeared to not have anymore gray coloring come off of them. But…. Within a couple of weeks, all the issues were back. I am very upset. I never shower ,workout or sleep in them. I wear them during the day and take off at the end of the day. I’m , at this point never recommending this company and more so the chains. Unless you can possibly replace my chains. The store in Austin Tx could not explain this issue and did express concern there was an issue for sure and not of my doing. The issue had been going on for over a year. Sincerely- Doice / Reece
