I ordered the sapphire tennis bracelet for my sister in July 2024 as a 60th birthday present. A month after I gave it to her she noticed one of the sapphires had fallen out. After many emails back and forth with your company, she sent the bracelet back to exchange it for a new one. As of today she STILL has not received the new bracelet and has been told she will not be receiving it till March!!!! This is completely unacceptable. I paid over $300 for a bracelet that she does not have.
