Service rep was not aware of promotion that was clearly stated in every email sent out and promoted in every Mejuri store. Said it was an in store promotion and had to reach out to store directly. Rep did not know the general timeline we would receive discount code or method to receive e.g. in person or email. It is unfortunate that staff within the company do not even know the ongoing promotions and logistics behind selling their own products. Makes customers feel deterred from spending money on their products. On separate occasion, I went in store to buy jewelry for myself or as a gift for others. It can be annoying when the same staff continue to ask if I need help or provide their suggestions when I have already said I am taking my time to look and will reach out when I need help. Sometimes gifting jewelry can be for sentiment purposes and I need time to decide. Customer service both in store and online can use improvement.
