I bought the rolo necklace in November, and when the necklace chain broke only 1 week after I had bought it and I contacted the warranty department they said that due to wear and tear they can’t fix the necklace for me?! Like what kind of bullshit excuse is that? I only had the necklace for a week and it quite literally broke on me when I wasn’t even doing anything to it. I’m not buying from mejuri ever again! And I will warn all of my friends to not buy from here anymore as well!
