I have written about this before, Mejuri makes it very difficult to actually buy anything. I stopped by the Montreal store last week to look at the "Peachy" charm as I wanted to see what it looked like before purchasing it to wear on a trip next week. The store was totally out of stock, not even a sample to look at. Today I stopped by again and there was one left, I guess the last one, but the salesperson refused to sell it to me because it was the last one. I would have absolutely purchased it but because your company, or at least the Montreal store, seems to have trouble stocking things, you lost a sale. This has happened before. You should not force customers to order things and have them shipped, not only is this annoying but it's not environmentally friendly (packaging, shipping, etc.).
