I had a very disappointing experience with Mejuri. After purchasing a bracelet, it broke after one month, and I had to request a replacement. The process of getting the replacement took nearly six months, and many back and forth mails with different service agents, which is completely unacceptable.When the replacement finally arrived, it looked worse than the original like it may likely break again in the near future. To make matters worse, I was charged with fees and import VAT making up 26% of the item value, even though I had already paid these fees on the original purchase. Overall, the poor item quality, communication, and unreasonable delays have left me very dissatisfied. I expected much better from a company that claims to stand for quality and customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Mejuri based on this experience.
