We have been a customer for several years. We started purchasing the star and moon stud, however, the stud kept losing the backend, and we had to purchase a replacement. Then again, the back was gone, so we can't use the left Star stud either. During the holiday, we tried to make purchase again, unavailable(while price went up from $45 to $75 per stud). We made a trip to the store, was advised that for the back, store no longer has the inventory and will need to order online, but you can't purchase via online either... We love the product but the quality seems lacking...
