THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMMIT TO THEIR SHIPPING GUIDELINES.I placed my order on the 18/12/24. The shipping timeline at checkout said delivered in 7-10 days. on the basis I needed my order by the 3/1/25 i was well within this guideline. Fast forward to today and after multiple emails back and forth I have finally gotten an ETA.... The 14/01/25. What an absolute joke. the customer service is terrible, the organization is terrible.Ontop of all this they LIE. After I received confirmation my order was on its way, I contacted the parcel carrier only for them to say my order was shipped as standard shipping!! as per their website they apparently offer free expedited shipping.This parcel will be getting sent straight back and i will be getting a refund. Absolute joke. Do not order from these guys!!
