Recently bought an expensive necklace from Mejuri and decided it wasn’t worth the price. Before I mailed it to return, I had an instinct to take a picture of the necklace, and I’m glad I did. They processed the return as a store credit and when I asked why they said the necklace clamp was bent, which was a complete lie. I showed the picture of the necklace on my end and asked for a refund as requested. Thankfully, they processed the refund so I didn’t have to escalate it further, but I will never buy from them again. Clearly they were just hoping I had no evidence and would be forced to take the store credit. Extremely unethical practices at this business. Buyer beware!
