Terrible customer service. They offered a 10% welcome offer and which clearly said it would be automatically applied at checkout. When I inquired why it never was applied they claimed that it was available only through the app, which was stated nowhere. They refused to make good on the welcome offer. I will be returning this necklace (which objectively is fine, but you can find the exact same thing elsewhere) and not buying again.
