Wits end. My purchase has sat in "Out for Delivery" for 13 days and counting. The ticket with the courier has been unanswered for over a week. The latest email response from Mejuri is "check with your neighbors in case they have your package". I even did the 3 hour round trip drive to a store where a sympathetic store manager kindly offered to re-sell me the same items. There is no way to actually talk to Mejuri, only email / ticketing, and even when you do, obviously the stance is that customers cannot be trusted and are incompetent. Incredibly disappointing.
