Ordered a Christmas gift ten days ago and still don't have it despite what they call "expedited" shipping. Fedex has shows it as "on the truck out for delivery" daily since 12/12/24 only for it to not be delivered and taken back to their facility. Then it goes back on the truck for delivery, and by the end of the day it's back at the facility. The company doesn't have a live chat option and you can email them, but with so few characters involved you can't really explain what's going on. Had I known they use Fedex, I never would have ordered from them. And it now looks like I won't have the special gift I ordered with plenty of time to get it under the tree. I'm so disappointed.
