Was a loyal Mejuri customer but after a rushed piercing appointment and multiple poor customer service interactions, I have decided to shop elsewhere for my fine jewellery. Even with their so-called “biggest sale of the year”, Mejuri’s prices are increasing and their quality is questionable at times. And for how much you pay for Mejuri’s products, you’d expect better customer service. Shame because I liked the idea of their business model: affordable, high-quality jewellery products that last.
