This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. After ordering my wedding ring from Mejuri in October I received no communication from them, despite their in-store staff advising me that I should receive the ring in mid-November. After chasing this and receiving a response from one of their team telling me that my ring was scheduled to be shipped that day. Then 1 day later, I received another email letting me know that my order had been cancelled and refunding me, because the ring is supposedly out of stock.I can still purchase this ring in my size on Mejuri's website now, despite receiving this email so I have no idea whether this ring is actually out of stock or if this is just another failure in Mejuri's communication. If it was out of stock, why did Mejuri sit on my money for 2 months with no communication? Avoid Mejuri like the plague, they are completely incompetent!
