I ordered a ring in the recent Black Friday sale. I wanted to return so created a return for a refund to my original form of payment (Klarna) on the website. I don’t own a printer but was advised a QR code would be provided. It wasn’t and when I reached out to CS, I didn’t get a response until nearly a week later saying a QR code could not be provided. I managed to get a label printed at the courier drop off in the end. My return was received and the refund processed the next week however, the refund was put on as a store credit, not to my original form of payment!!!!! I was also sent confusing emails confirming the store credit and confirming refund to Klarna but Klarna still has the payment as active. Panicked, I immediately reached out to Mejuri CS again and I have now received an automated email saying it will be at least another 4 (!!!) working days before they can respond!! I am disappointed and also angry. I have ordered a lot from Mejuri in the past but as soon as this issue is sorted, I will cancel my account!
