However, when I tried to use the warranty for a repair recently, I was shocked by how the brand handled the situation.Despite being within the warranty period, they refused to honor it, giving me vague excuses that were not mentioned in the original terms. The staff was dismissive, and their customer service was unhelpful, making it clear they had no intention of following through on their promises. I expected better from a business that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.I would not recommend this store to anyone. If you’re considering making a purchase here, be aware that their warranty might be just an empty promise. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
