The Customer Service method is absolutely backwards, awful and annoying ! Got pair of earrings Huggie hoops. After a few weeks they became so stiff to open like they were going to snap! Sent them back and waited basically a month they sent back the same pair “repaired” which were not much different from when I sent them apparently they weren’t “under warranty” despite them being literally a few weeks old. I asked for a new pair or a refund and they want me to send them back again to do so which is so so so so annoying and I genuinely can’t be asked I have anxiety to send them and chase!! When I sent them back the first time you don’t even know if it’s got there or not you have to physically contact them. Now let me say it’s not the people responding as they are human and just being helpful and kind but this brand needs to re look customer service. I can’t even count or recall how many different people I was emailing. It should be the same person or even 1/2 people dealing with this it was so many an I am so frustrated and bored with this now I just let it go it’s so draining !£98 hoops to be faulty so fast? Not good, I have no idea what the markup is but they gave be £15 credit which I can’t even get anything with cause it’s all very pricy.Annoying as I was recommend this brand !
