The online Customer Service is absolutely horrific! A pair of earrings purchased as a gift arrived damaged (post was not connected to one earring). It took tons of text messages over six days to finally get the return process finalized and to receive the correct shipping labels. I am now waiting for the replacement pair of earrings to be shipped out later this month when they are back in stock.I have purchased a number of earrings from Mejuri and love the quality. However, having to deal with the nightmarish customer service should any assistance be required, makes me hesitant to purchase from Mejuri again.
