Really disappointed with my recent experience - I have always raved about Mejuri, and am a loyal and returning customer, but will think twice next time. I ordered a present for a birthday over a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery - I enquired as to where it was last Friday, as the birthday in question was Sunday, and was told a system glitch meant shipment was delayed but rest assured it was fixed and my order was on the way. It is now Tuesday and the order still hasn’t been dispatched and I’ve received no further update, other than not to email them back again, as I’ll lose my place in the priority queue - I don’t feel like a priority, that’s for sure!
