Your product line is good and pricing OK for what you get. I wanted to go in the store and see the gold and diamond hoop earrings before I considered purchasing them. I asked salesperson if they would discount 10% as per the discount for online purchases. She said No and I almost walked away. I was annoyed that she wouldn't just apply the discount now instead of forcing me to purchase online. I probably would not have completed the transaction online. Last time I made a purchase the person applied the 10% and said no need to purchase online. I guess a manager intervened or I can't recall if I pushed it but the manager approved the discount being applied. I prefer to see earrings and make sure the clasps all work, etc. I've had to return a pair before that were not quite right. Having said all that, I am very happy with my purchase, have purchased gifts for others and will continue to purchase for myself.
