I lost one earring after two months because the backs are such terrible quality. Earrings themselves are beautiful quality. The backs are awful Edit update- I reached out to Mejeuri as they replied to my review stating they would be happy to help. They asked for order no. Contact info, if I would like a replacement or credit, what occurred, etc. after providing the info they requested I was told, again this doesn’t fall under warranty. We had already established lost earrings are not a part of the 24 month warranty. Essentially I wasted my time corresponding.Customer service terrible. Earring backs terrible. Jewellery itself, lovely.
