Ordered a ring from Mejuri for a surprise engagement, however I did order it in advance and unfortunately the size is not right. 30 days return passed as the engagement was delayed and now we have a slightly too big ring, that cannot be worn and Mejuri will not do an exchange to a smaller size (even though the ring was not worn, got the original box and bag too) - which I think is really not great - they should show some flexibility towards these things. Now we have to sell the ring and buy another one - definitely not from them though. Very disappointed.Edit: It looks like Mejuri is willing to resolve our problem which is a welcome turn of events - I hope the return will go well and we'll be able to purchase a smaller size ring from the store credit. I will change my review from 2 stars to 4. I do think they should introduce more return/exchange flexibility at least in their wedding/engagement policy.
