Ordered a bracelet as a birthday gift that had an expected delivery date 4 weeks after I ordered. I thought this was acceptable as assumed the bracelet must have to be made. A week prior to the ship date I contacted customer services to check on the status of my order as I was anxious about it arriving in time for the birthday, I was assured it would ship on the date reported. The date of ship came and went, customer services repeatedly took multiple days to respond, only to finally come back with a new ship date a full month after the original ship date, I was left expecting to receive the item in May when I ordered it in February. Completely unreliable service and support was difficult to reach, slow to respond, and ultimately gave me the wrong information. Extremely disappointed.
