Buyer Beware! My boyfriend and I are heartbroken over a major issue between Mejuri's warehouse and its stores. Our engagement party is on February 23rd, and we were assured the ring would arrive by February 7th. Excitedly, my boyfriend made the purchase in the San Jose CA store, only to find out through the order email that it won't ship until February 22nd. We feel betrayed and crushed. When my boyfriend called for clarification, the store representative on the phone's lack of a sincere apology deepened our disappointment. Plus, Mejuri's customer service is only available via text and email on weekdays, leaving us stranded with our emotions over the weekend. This ruins what should've been a joyous time. We deeply regret not choosing a more reliable store for such an important purchase.Update: Mejuri Customer Team Service helped us and sent our ring before our party. We hope that they will also resolve the delivery date issue on their system. Thank you!
