I purchased several items at the end of last year through Rakuten when you were offering 10% or more cash back. As some of the things did not fit properly I went to your store and was assured that if I échange in store (especially since I was spending even more in store with the exchange) the cash back I got through Rakuten would be honoured! I only did the exchanges in store because your staff told me so. Otherwise I would have returned and repurchased online. I feel like I was purposefully lied to and misled so they can make commission. Now Rakuten has removed several hundreds worth of cash back saying it does not count if I do an exchange in store! What a rip off! I spend thousands last year at Mejuri very much influenced by the Rakuten cash back offers and was assured the Rakuten cash back would be valid. Rich now I do not see myself buying from Mejuri again! It is a horrible feeling to be lied to and taken advantage of!
