The store in Miami is disapointing for the customer service. First time i had to wait 40min to be taking care of, not enough sales person and disorganized that made them spending too much time with clients, and back and forth in the back of the store. I had the time to go accross the street to get lunch before coming back to the store, the sales person were still serving the same customers before i left. I finally was able to purchase the pair pf earing that i wanted, and i got charged twice for it! when i call the store for a refund, the sales oerson assured me it was only charged once! customer service over the phone refunded me the second charge! frustrating experience!! train your sales person in-store better!
