Love the designs, packaging and clasp could improve

I love the design and quality of the jewelry sold at Mejuri. The only problems I have are 1) Decreased quality of packaging 2) Poor lasting clasps of the jewelry. 1) I do feel like their packaging quality has been going down this year specifically--I did recently opt for the environmentally friendly option which I feel like still could be done better. They would not include the Mejuri box and only include the baggies--however, my recent purchases some had the small baggies thrown in and a set of earrings out of the baggies, scratching them together. I went to go return the earrings to the associate, who asked if I had worn them (I tried them on to see if I liked them but did not wear them for more than maybe 20 seconds) and told me not to put the earrings out of the baggies like that because it would get scratched up. I notified them it was delivered to me that way which is why I did not want them since they were scratched. The associate did apologize and was very professional, customer care has been great. But if it is something you would correct the customer for it, it should not be done from the company or warehouse in the first place. I didn't think the earrings "slipped out" of the baggies either because they were cinched and the earrings would have been too large to fall out. Very small detail but I thought the packaging should be addressed.2) I have had some of my jewelry from Mejuri for a few years now, and the 14k Gold jewelry, which I am hoping for longevity I can already see wear and the clasp starting to not close all the way. I liked the daintiness of the bracelets/necklaces but I do wish to see improvements in the clasp/clip design so it does not wear out after just 1 year of use. Customer service has been excellent so far and the designs are great which is why I am continuing to be a customer for Mejuri. I hope improvements get made because I would hate for it to go down in quality!
