Two months ago, I purchased a pair of Dome earrings and was initially pleased with the quality of the product. However, the post on the back of one of the hoops recently broke off with ease. When I contacted the website to discuss the matter, they requested that I return both earrings to receive a store credit. Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the broken earring after taking a picture of it because it was in pieces. I offered to return the intact earring, but their customer service refused to accept it without the broken one. They did not provide a reason for needing the broken earring. Hopefully, it wasn't intended to be repaired and resold which would be unethical. Despite their commitment and the fact that they stand being their “great” products, they were uncooperative and refused to work with me. I am disappointed in their lack of customer support and will not be ordering from them again. I hope other customers will be aware that the company does not stand behind its products or provide satisfactory service in the event of issues.
