I had a pair of real (not plated) gold hoops break after only a year of wearing them occasionally, and support did not help me replace them or anything. I mean, how can something be called quality when it breaks after only a year with minimal use? It was not wear and tear, the post from inside the hoop came off and fell inside the hollow hoop so there was no way to even get it repaired since I could not get the post out. Really crappy quality and i no longer tell my friends or family to purchase from mejuri.
