Never buying from them again. I went to their client private sale they had in early November and purchased a Mini Heart Pavé Diamond Bracelet along with other 2 other pieces of jewellery. The store unfortunately did not have the heart bracelet in stock and they offered to ship it to my home which I agreed to.Unfortunately, when they shipped my bracelet they just left the package on my front door which is super easily accessible for anyone to take. Why would a company ship a few hundred piece of jewellery and just leave it on your front door especially in today’s world of porch pirates. I would have expect to have to sign for it or at the very least receive a notice for being a missed delivery and having options of either being re-delivered at a later time or for me to go to courier to pick up the item.Mejuri told me that there was nothing they could do since it was “delivered.”I am out of pocket a few hundred dollars and no bracelet. A lesson learned for me. Sharing my experience so you don’t lose yours if you opt for shipping.
